If it’s from the same release, RUNE in this case, you don’t have problems. For others versions you have to it again but saved games will work anyway.

I’m having trouble configuring the DualSense on PC.
I started playing Horizon Forbidden West on the PS4 controller, then I bought the DualSense and finished playing the game with it.
Then it stopped recognizing the controller and I couldn’t get it to work anymore.
So I went back to playing with the PS4 controller.
