So… if I’ve been updating the codex version with all the patches found here, I have to uninstall all of that and install this?

@Jedijax Yes, but when a new patch/DLC comes and codex makes a crack for it, you will have to install everything again. GOG releases are not updated regularly. They are good only for games that are not being updated anymore.
