For everyone who can’t launch the gamme, try frist stoping the torrent from seeding (Sounds stupid, but while is seeding doesn’t let you start the game in some cases). If you still can’t launch, go to “Dependencies” folder and then double-click “DotNet45Install.cmd” (I have Windows 10 and it pops me a window where you can click “More info”, after that appears the “Run anyway” option that lets you run the application).
You can try just the sencond option, but in my case I still have the problem with the torrent seeding.
