I found a way to get ed the loading screen! You just have to make sure the game can’t connect to the internet, either by disconnecting the cable or by blocking the connection with something like windows defender
just disconnect your internet first time you run the game. go in game settings and turn off the auto update, you are good to go now

First save is bugging everytime. Just go to “%SystemDrive%\s\Public\Documents\Steam\CODEX” and delete “1015500” folder
Than go to documents and delete “WWE 2K20” folder
After click “WWE2K20_x64.exe” and “run as ”

It´s stupid this year that you need internet access to play part of the game okay that my career stuff and match against another person, that make sense but the originals has nothing to do with other players. So Does codex get spotted unlawfully distributing the game they gonna shot off his in game online connections and we not gonna get 1 or many original packs because you meed connection. So hopefully they don´t do that but idiotic that you need internet for a single fighting part

You need to be patient don’t be a douche as it is the PC version size of the patch is 175mb and still it’s broken some say it deletes save file so they must be waiting for a bigger patch size or a 2nd patch might be this week

Honestly patch 1.02 didn’t change a whole lot, the game is still a buggy mess. For me none of the online community creations would load in the game which is the main reason I play and half the time I went to the community creations the game would crash. I was able to convince Steam to refund me my money even though I played almost 4 hours. Came to pirate it ’cause honestly at this point the game is not worth your money but I see my pirate homies still don’t have the patch yet. Weird cause the patch is only like 170 MBs.

Has the game been randomly closing for other people? I can be playing and all off the sudden it closes and I have to reopen and play that part again and it doesn’t crash but a few minutes later it does, is this crashing constantly for others? or just me? should I reinstall it?
The game is an absolute crash fest, re-installing it won’t solve your problem. I have a RTX 2080, Ryzen 7 1800x, and 16GBs of RAM @3200 and I constantly crash. Looking at videos on Youtube everybody seems to be crashing even with this new patch that everyone here is waiting on. Just have to wait for the devs to patch the hell out of the game in the next coming months and maybe then it will be playable.
The solution to the game crashing is to not block the game through firewall and disconnect the internet and start the game . Once you enter the main screen menu after pressing any key /button to enter the menu reconnect the internet and wait for a few seconds (10 seconds will do) before playing any mode. Also if you want latest DLC, go to game folder find steam.emu and right click to edit it . Search for DLCUnlockall=0 and change the value to 1. save it. and the next time you are in the main menu of the game you will be asked to press (RS) button if you use controller.. To update the game. I hope this helps everyone to play the game smoothly and also gives some breather to codex who has done a great job cracking this game. Thank you.

This website isn’t d with Skidrow or Codex, in fact the two groups don’t even get along. The people who links for games here can only the update when it’s uncompressed and cracked. My friend I don’t recommend you buying the game, I refunded the game and pirated it instead. Patch 1.02 fixed very little, I still crashed all the time, community creations were still broken and after the update only the WWE championship was in my game. I also don’t know why people here are saying patch 1.03 is coming out next week, for the last couple of years 2K has release patch 1.02 the first week in November then patch 1.03 the first week in December.

For now if you want 1.02..
1)Need to latest clean version of 2K20 with update 1.02 from cs.rin.ru forum
2)Extract the “depotcache” & “steamapps” it to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam
3)Find in the folder and patch the wwe2k20.exe with Steamless.- “Steamless.v3.0.0.9”..google it.
4)After that, in the WWE2K20 folder, you need to rename “WWE2K20_x64.exe.unpacked” to “WWEK2K20_x64.exe”
5)Apply crack from CODEX folder (only .dll and steam.emu) to the WWE 2K20 folder
6)Open steam.emu again..and edit DLCUNLOCKEDALL to 1
7)Also add “1146520WWE 2K20 – Bump In The Night” under “Backtage DLC”
8)Save it
9)Open WWE 2K20 via new steamless exe inside WWE 2K20 folder – Turn OFF internet first
10)That’s all..
I know its a paint in the a$$ to do but this is the only possible way to get the v.1.02 update for now.

Hey there! To change the game’s languague, head to the game’s directory and look for a file called “steam_emu.ini”. Find “Language=English” and change “English” to the language you want. Save and play!

Turn your internet connection off. The game is trying to access the internet, that’s why it’s loading forever.

Use RunAsDate from http://www.nirsoft.net to solve to 2020 bug. select the date of December not before that or the dlc wont work. The game is a mess but gotta play for the fiend. Hope this helps.

I was installing the game a month ago, installed it, and played it for a couple of matches. But the games seem not as smooth as I expected, so I decided to WWE 2k19 instead. After I ed it for several days, then I install it, when it installed on my system then I launch it, but nothing’s happened, not even launch.
So, I decided to back to WWE 2k20, installed it, but this time it nothing’s happened too… what should I do? I’m so frustrated.
